With basketball season just right around the corner, Jordan Brand continues to roll out fresh models to get you ready for the hardwood. The latest Super.Fly 3 colorway has just touched down, and it goes back to where everything started with the Jumpman.

Coming in the traditional black and red color scheme we've grown accustomed to from Jordan, the Super.FLy 3 takes that retro colorway and brings it to the modern era. The upper is made with a mix of red and black, unlike the traditional style Jordan goes for giving it a more up to date look and feel. The major standout from a technical aspect with the Super.Fly 3 is the addition of the Flight Plate, which first debuted on the Jordan XX8 last year. Last year's model was a hit across the NBA, and was essentially the non official signature shoe for Blake Griffin. We doubt Blake will lace up this colorway as it's not exactly in the Clippers color scheme, but expect more colorways to surface in the next few weeks.

Check out the shoes in detail below, and stick with us for an official US release date. For those of you who can't wait and need your latest Jordan "Bred" inspired sneaker, hit up international retailer Hoop City.
