Last month, Burn Rubber collaborated with Fila on sneaker that was a nod to all the hustlers. The Original Tennis "Doughboy," outfitted in burgundy leather and suede, represented a staple piece in a D-Boy's outfit. While the general release only consisted of this one model, it looks like the Detroit retailer and Fila made a second sneaker that you'll probably never get your hands on.
Peep the special T1 Mid that was a friends and family-only release. The mid-profile Fila shares the same color palette with the general release pair, but with its accent colors inverted, resulting in a mostly tan base with burgundy and navy hits. Clean execution, and unless you have a Fila or Burn Rubber connect, good luck trying to get a pair.
