As every skater knows, durability is key. An avid skater can go through multiple pairs a per year due to the wear and tear inflicted by grip tape, which can quickly burn a hole in your wallet. Nike SB is addressing this problem and looking to save you some money with the "Shield Pack".

The Nike SB "Shield Pack" consists of the Lunar Janoski Mid, Eric Koston Mid, and the P-Rod 8 all revamped and geared up with a tougher exterior to withstand that rigors of a long day of skating. The "Shield Pack" comes in a mostly black and grey look throughout each sneaker, but uses reflective materials to promote visibility during those night time sessions.

While they have yet to make their way stateside, the "Shield Pack" is currently available at select international retailers including London's Slam City, and is expected to make it's debut in the US over the next few weeks.
