Just when you thought there was a second to breath, Nike drops another upcoming KD VII colorway, this time sticking to his "weatherman" dreams.

Nike put the KD VII on hiatus for a little while during the contract negotiations, but since the deal was ironed out the Swoosh has been relentless in bringing new colorways out. The KD VII "Lightning" comes in a mix of turquoise throughout the upper, and is accented by yellow and black throughout the inner lining, outsole, and branding. The real standout of the shoe comes off the textured scale-like pattern throughout the Hyperposite to really make the shoe one of a kind. Earlier today we saw the KD VII with some Yeezy inspiration, and now Nike's going back to Durants storyline and brings yet another weather themed shoe for the reigning MVP.

The KD VII "Lightning" is scheduled to drop October 16 at the Nike Store, for a suggested retail price of $150. Let us know what you think of the latest colorway and if you'll be scooping up a pair when they drop.
