LeBron James and Kevin Durant both made headlines this NBA offseason when they signed new deals with game-changing implications. The two-time champion shocked the world and returned home for a second stint with the Cleveland Cavaliers, while the league's MVP decided to re-sign with Nike after being aggressively courted by Under Armour.
James recently offered his thoughts on Durant's decision to stay during yesterday's Nike LeBron 12 unveiling event in Oregon.
"Kevin Durant is a great basketball player. We’re happy to have him back in the Swoosh. We wouldn’t want to see him go anywhere else. Obviously, as a businessman, he had to take care of his business, but we’re happy to have him back."
