Big news continues to roll out today from adidas, as the Three Stripes Brand has announced plans to open up a Brooklyn-based Creative Design Studio slated to open in 2015.

This comes on the heels of the companies announcement that it poached designers Dennis Dekovic, Mark Miner and Mark Dolce from its main rival Nike. The design trio will lead the creative studio while guiding a small team of cross-discipline creatives.

""The Brooklyn Creative Studio will be a small but essential operation aimed at exploring design direction for the brand," said Paul Gaudio, adidas global creative director. "This facility will be an open source creative center allowing us to connect and collaborate with consumers in a way we've never done before."

Keep it with Sneaker Report as we find out more details regarding adidas' Brooklyn-based studio, as well as the fallout from Nike's big loss.
