For those who don’t know, adidas is working on its “mi ZX Flux” program, which will allow users to upload their own designs – graphic or photographic – to be printed on a pair of adidas ZX Flux. It’s a revolution in iD programing. For the first time, users don’t have to pick from preset colors and patterns, but instead have (almost) unbridled freedom in what goes on their shoes.
With the mi ZX Flux program on its way soon, people are getting ready. And no one is more ready than Morgan Weekes. Morgan, who is involved with the Crepe City Sneaker Festival in London, has put together a ZX Flux with a map of London (Crepe City) printed on it. He’s offering a giveaway for a pair of the Flux with this print to anyone who uses Instagram to show off their own neighborhood. It’s not clear if this is only open to Londoners, or anyone throughout the world, but it’s worth a shot either way.
