All the top tennis players in the world are ready to descend on New York for the U.S. Open next week in hopes of capturing the final Grand Slam title of the 2014 season. Our friends at Complex News got a chance to pick the brain of fifth seeded Milos Raonic, and learn the secrets behind his 150 mph serve, those aggressive tennis grunts, and common mishaps on the court.

Raonic is currently holds down the #6 spot in the ATP rankings, but a solid performance could propel him up the list towards the top five. Milos is considered a dark-horse pick to win the U.S. Open, primarily due to his 6’ 5” frame and his incredible serving skills. Complex met up with Milos at the New Balance event at Vanderbilt Tennis Club in NYC as he prepares for the U.S. Open, check out all the tips he had to offer up, and be sure to check out Milos when he takes the court at Arthur Ashe Stadium starting August 25.
