Well how's this for multitasking? You can now kill two birds with one stone by getting in your daily workout and doing your laundry at the same time thanks to a student designer's invention in South Korea.

With several compartments beneath a circular track, "The Wheel," created by Si Hyeong Ryu, uses the power generated from your workout to spin the wash cycles. But what about cramping you ask? You don't have to worry about that thanks to an energy-restoring battery that saves energy for when your body tenses up or runs out of gas.

Not just a time-saver, "The Wheel" is also an energy saver, as a significant portion of a household's energy expenditure comes from washer machine use. With the use of kinetic energy to power "The Wheel," you are saving up to a pound of carbon dioxide emissions per load.

"The Wheel," of course is in its very early stages of development, but it has us wondering what else can we use the kinetic energy of running for? Hit us up with some ideas.
