Cardinal Sock Sins Sneakerheads Should Never Commit

It must be fun to feel like you're in 5th grade again, but, alas, you are not in 5th grade. All-over graphic prints can say a lot about your tastes and interests, mainly that it's probably garbage and that you have bad taste. Do yourself a favor and leave these in your closet. Forever.

Here's the number 1 question you should be asking in determining whether or not to rock knee highs with shorts: Are you a pro-soccer athlete? No? Yea, you should probably take these bad boys off and leave it to the pros (literally). Let's hope this trend doesn't catch on with our fellow sneakerheads.

Let me be clear, there's nothing wrong with wearing different brand socks with your sneakers if it's hidden from plain view. But do you really think you're a cowboy rocking Nike ankle socks with the Swoosh peeking out like so in your adidas ZX Fluxes? Maybe you are, but in order to pull this off your whole fit has got to be A1, so don't even try it unless your swag meter is off the charts.

Are you suffering from early-stage grandpa syndrome? Is there an impending flood forecasted to sweep you away from your prized Jordans? If not you might want to untuck your jeans from your socks because, in all honesty, it's a batshit crazy look reserved for old dudes and kids who don't know how to put their pants on. 

This is a no-brainer. If for whatever reason you have to wear these awful things with whatever kicks you so choose, do everyone a favor and make sure the public doesn't see them. No one wants to be flashed by toe sweaters even if they are covered. Fair warning: 'heads will throw up in their mouths, and, quite possibly, on your sneakers.
