The quintessential go-to summer sneaker just got better. adidas Originals' coveted Stan Smith model just received high-end treatment by way of Colette, Barneys New York, and Dover Street Market. Overall, the three retailers keep the vintage tennis sneaker as-is with its crisp white leather aesthetic and simply remove all Three Stripes logos. In place of the Stan Smith's signature tongue detailing is gold branding from each of the companies.
No official word yet on pricing, but we expect the collab to be affordable enough for sneakerheads who are looking to transition into high-end without breaking the bank. Look for the three iterations to be available on September 13 at Colette, Barneys NY, and DSM.
