This one's for all the O.G. Huarache 'heads out there.
Nike is set to re-release two styles from the Air Huarache lineup that debuted back in 1992. The Air Flight Huarache and Air Trainer Huarache adopted key elements from the low-profile Huarache runner, but were designed with basketball and cross-training in mind. A product from Nike designers Tinker Hatfield and Eric Avar, both models feature a high-top profile for added support and still maintain the signature aesthetic and performance benefits of the original Huarache, like a superior fit and responsive design.
The Air Flight Huarache in purple and blue drops on August 8, while the Air Trainer Huarache in purple and green releases on September 26. Both styles will be available on Nike.com and select Nike retailers.
