Just Blaze Co-Signs the Packer Shoes x Saucony "Snow Beach" (Video)

Just Blaze talks to Sneaker Watch about how the Packer Shoes x Saucony collab came about and what he loves about the sneaker.

It should come as no surprise that Just Blaze considers himself a 'Lo head to the fullest. When the super producer saw a prototype of the Packer Shoes x Saucony Grid 9000, inspired by the Polo Ralph Lauren "Snow Beach" pull-over, he was immediately on board with the project.

"For a lot of people, the 'Snow Beach' pull-over was the first time you saw a piece of 'Lo in a video and you were like, 'Yo, what is that? I want that,'" Just Blaze told Sneaker Watch. The video he's referring to is Wu-Tang's "Can It Be All So Simple" where Raekwon rocked the exact pull-over.

The Packer Shoes x Saucony Grid 9000 goes beyond a blue, yellow and red color scheme and puts a lot of attention to detail that only 'Lo heads, like Just Blaze, would understand.

The yellow and red hits are actually constructed of the same material from the jacket. Even the sneaker's hang tag is inspired by the actual tags that were used by Polo back in the day. It's this level of detail and passion put forth into a project that Just Blaze appreciates and can get behind.

You won't have to wait long to find for yourself why Just Blaze speaks so highly of this project. Look for the Packer Shoes x Saucony Grid 9000 "Snow Beach" to be available at Packer Shoes next Friday, August 8.
