Yesterday, we gave you a preview of the upcoming RISE x FIla Collaboration dubbed "New York Is for Lovers."
Today, RISE has revealed its inspiration along with several detailed images of its collaboration with Fila including a material breakdown of the "NYIFL" Cage. The shoe is highlighted by an eye-catching "Ribbon Red" upper which consists of a premium pig suede. It's representative of the shop's home base of New York City and its characteristics and spirit. In addition, the shoe is also a symbol of RISE's desire to give back with a portion of each sale from this collaboration going towards HIV/AIDS research. NYC residents will have the first shot at copping as they're scheduled to drop on Friday, June 27 at 8:30pm EST at a retail price of $110 exclusively at RISE. An online release is slated for Monday, June 30, at 7:00pm EST on RISE's webshop.
