New Balance has signed seven-time NCAA national champion runner Abbey D'Agostino to a multi-year endorsement deal, the company announced this morning.

D'Agostino, who recently graduated from Dartmouth College, is the most decorated individual female athlete in Ivy Leage history. In addition to her seven national championships, D'Agostino is a 16-time Ivy league champ, 13-time All-American and the first Ivy League athlete to win the NCAA Cross Country National Championship.

“I felt an immediate connection with the values and people New Balance represents,” says D’Agostino. “There is a collective spirit of joy and community; those are the conditions under which I have found this sport to be the most fulfilling and fun! It's an incredible blessing and privilege to join that kind of team."

D'Agostino will live and train in Boston under the tutelage of coach Mark Coogan. On June 27, 2014, D'Agostino will make her debut as both a professional and New Balance athlete in the 5,000m at the USATF Outdoor Championships.
