Well, that was quick. Detailed images of the Air Jordan VI "Cigar" have surfaced and Jordan fans might suddenly have a new "must cop" at the top of their list.
The Air Jordan VI is the model that Jordan wore against the Los Angeles Lakers en route to his first of six NBA championships. It was during this first celebration in 1991 that Jordan also had his first ever cigar. Based on the images, the upper of the Cigar VI appears to use a rich nubuck upper that mimics the variation in color and texture of a tobacco leaf. The complimentary colors of maroon and Infrared, along with the clear outsole, reference original Air Jordan VI colorways. Now that we've gotten a good look at these Cigars, we just have to wait patiently for a release date to be announced.
