Literally one week cannot go by without Nike treating one of its retro models with a woven detail. Last week it was the Air Huarache, this week it’s the Air Pegasus ’89. Despite the fresh woven vamp, the colors remain retro inspired: soft grey and purple suedes and mesh quarter make for a vintage upper sitting on a yellow and white midsole.
The Air Pegasus '89 hit it’s 25th year this year, and we anticipate Nike will give us plenty of opportunities to stock up on the classic model this year: the woven version will start showing up at retailers this summer.
