With the Nike Kobe 9 Elite "Inspiration" dropping last week, P.J. Tucker of the Phoenix Suns wearing a new colorway, and the "Perspective" on deck, Kobe fans and sneakerheads are getting all the "Black Mamba" they can handle.
Now comes this image of a possible "Draft Day" model done up in the the old Charlotte Hornets' colors of white, purple, and teal. It was the Hornets who originally drafted Bryant in 1996 with the 13th overall pick before dealing the Lower Merion star to the Lakers for Vlade Divac.
Will these make it to retail? History is on our side as other Draft Day models have hit shelves in the past.
