Being a huge fan of Jeff Staple, designer Zhijun Wang paid tribute to him with this custom pair of the adidas Springblade. Wang based the design off of Staple's work with Kia in 2009 when he created a "Rain Camo" version of the Kia Soul. He also uses the familiar orange that we often see in many of Staple's designs, including his "Pigeon" series of collaborations.
Wang has been producing custom versions dedicated to Jeff Staple's work for years now and despite Staple calling the Springblade "a slip and fall lawsuit waiting to happen" in the past, he still took some time to shout out Wang's work via his Instagram.
