Kanye West isn't the only person leaving the swoosh. Comcast Sportsnet reports that Jeremy Lin is switching sneaker deals to adidas, with an official announcement from the brand to come some time today.
Lin, who was the constant headline of New York sports pages a couple years ago during the "Linsanity" phenomonon, has been wearing Nike for the past few seasons. Adidas having a new endorser with international appeal can only be a plus for the German sports brand, that's the second biggest next to Nike. Lin is also not that bad of a basketball player, averaging14.1 points, 2.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists this NBA season.
