If you happened to be living under a rock yesterday and didn’t see the Los Angeles Lakers’ Nick Young rocking a white and purple Air Jordan XI Low, direct your attention to the photos above. Nick's customs (which were over on the 2001 Carolina Blue XIs) featured a white leather upper, white laces, a white midsole, and translucent outsole. Playing a great contrast to the all white sneaker is a dark purple patent leather that makes its way around the sneaker completely. Purple and gold can be seen on the tongue as well as it is with no doubt a shout out to the Lakers. Nick only rocked these for the first two quarters of the game, and switched out to the Air Jordan XX "Chutney" at halftime.
