While the Oregon Ducks seem to have a stranglehold on the collegiate PE game, it appears as though they aren’t the only ones that get to enjoy the perks of being a Nike affiliated school. We know that there are a plethora of programs flying under the Nike wing but for this post, it is the Blue Devils of Duke University that take center stage. Rich in college basketball history, the Blue Devils program has long been a staple in the ACC. In looking to carry their prestige over to the sneaker world, Duke has laid claim to a few of Nike Basketballs top silhouettes. Fully equipped with their infamous white/royal blue color scheme are three pairs of dope PE’s that have been specially made for the team. To no surprise, the Nike KD VI, LeBron X Elite and LeBron XI were the shoes selected to represent the squad down in Durham, North Carolina. Despite the previously mentioned Ducks still sitting at the top of the PE food chain, the Blue Devils definitely put themselves on the map with these latest kicks. All of you sneakerheads can expect to see all three iterations hit the court this season. Looks like Prada isn’t the only thing Devils like to wear.
