If you can recall, this pair of "Air Penny"  Nike Air Force 1s first hit the sneaker scene two years ago. Originally pegged as an exclusive pair of sample/PE kicks specially made for Penny Hardaway, it looks like they will indeed become a retail offering. Inspired by the classic Nike Air Penny 1 model that released back in 1995, this hybrid pair of AF1s comes fully equipped with a fresh white leather upper.

Aside from its clean base, these joints also don the infamous wavy pattern from its OG muse about its Swooshes. Just in case you may not have been 100 percent clear on who these kicks were intended to represent, you may want to direct your attention to both the tongue and heel tabs. On the tongue, you will notice that Penny Hardaway's name makes an appearance, while the heel tab is home to the classic One Cent logo we have all come to love.

While it is nice to see these kicks again after a 24-month hiatus, we still don't have any idea on when we can expect to see these release. From the looks of the brand new images that have surfaced, this forthcoming release appears to be worth every penny.
