It's no surprise that Serena Williams made her mark in her match last night against Agnieszka Radwanska in a 6-2, 6-4 win. That victory is her pathway to make the WTA Championship semifinals, but it wasn't the only thing that Sneaker Report has noticed.

The Air Max Mirabella 3 has long been Williams' go-to shoe for her matches, but has fairly recently shifted to the updated version of her signature shoe, the Nike Lunar Mirabella 3. The Lunar Mirabella is very similar to the Air Max version in what they share -- a mesh and synthetic upper for support and less fit degradation, the XDR outsole that also resists degradation from cuts and turns on the variety of match surfaces, and the custom eyestay that sures up the arch support. The only true difference is the swapping out of the Air Max heel unit and Phylon midsole for the total Lunarlon midsole -- an upgrade that Williams has seemingly enjoyed.

Sneaker Report has yet to get any word on a future release of the Lunar Mirabella 3, but stay in lock-step with us if you're looking to get your version sometime before your own tennis season begins in the spring.
