True cross training is a test of wills and usually requires that you be ready to use your speed and strength in a variety of ways across a range of different motions and overall movements. You can't move well if your shoes aren't adequately light, though. Reebok has gone back to one in training with its ONE Trainer 1.0.

Composed entirely of a quasi-open mesh upper and Reebok's 3D FuseFrame synthetic paneling for zone support and protection, the Reebok ONE Trainer 1.0 is made to deliver on anything and everything you possibly undertake during a challenging workout. The aforementioned mesh assures good breathability, fit, and comfort, and being mobile isn't much of an issue with the ONE Trainer 1.0's low cut.

The outsole of the ONE Trainer 1.0 runs the full length of the shoe and is made of carbon rubber for durability, and even had grooves built into the sole to enhance the flexibility of the sneaker and its traction as well. Even better is the cushioning, where the insole takes center stage with its Ortholite application (a soft-grade foam molded as a sockliner); it's even removable, just in case you need orthotics.
