NIKEiD Designs a "2-Time MVP" LeBron 11

Back-to-Back.

With one “MVP”-inspired creation out of the way, it looks like NIKEiD has whipped up yet another. In paying tribute to LeBrons back-to-back MVP awards, we would like to formally introduce all of you sneakerheads to this latest pair of “MVP” NIKEiD LeBron XI’s. Taking us back to 2010 for a spell, the folks over at Nike probably had this pair in mind once they created the ’09 dedicated version. While the background on this pair of kicks being rather clear, there is just one thing that is a bit puzzling. In case you are still scratching your heads, we are talking about the colorway. Seeing as how all of the previous NIKEiD LeBrons have donned a colorway that was specific to the career moment they were designated to represent, this chilled blue affair is void of any sort of team affiliation. Could it possibly signify the cold feelings LeBron started to feel towards the lack of progression of the Cavs? Or could Nike have wanted to shake things up a little bit and be abstract? Speculation aside, this is indeed the pair of kicks created to pay tribute to yet another dominant year in King James career. Now that we are halfway through the MVP kicks, we already know that there are two more in the works. Hope you all are enjoying our coverage of what NIKEiD has done so far. But just know, there’s a few more kicks on the way. So stay tuned.
