Let the countdown to the LeBron XI era commence. With just six days left until the next chapter in the Nike LeBron signature line is unleashed upon retailers nationwide, all of you sneakerheads have plenty of time to prep. Hopefully you didn't exasperate all of your funds and will have some currency left to add these joints to your collection this upcoming weekend. While this coming Saturday will mark the shoes debut, they will be going up against a classic retro on the same day. In terms of its design, the shoe most definitely takes King James line to the next level of performance. But will that be enough to sway all of you sneakerheads to purchase these over the “Steel” Air Jordan X retro? How fitting that both MJ and LeBorn’s kicks will square off against each other in what will surely be an epic one-on-one retail battle after MJ’s now infamous interview. Since we highly doubt that the two will ever hit the hardwood against each other, you can’t front and say that you haven’t at least thought about who would come out on top if they did indeed run a quick game. For now, the sneaker world will have to settle for a battle of the signature kicks instead. Less fireworks, but still interesting nonetheless.
