NBA: Playoffs Chicago Bulls at Miami Heat

Chicago Bulls All-Star center Joakim Noah has been a lot of things – a two-time NCAA men’s basketball champion, a top-10 draft pick, a standout player in the NBA, and an aforementioned All-Star (and famous trash talker) – but never has he been a three stripes pitchman.

But that’s exactly what he is now.

Noah, having parted with longtime sneaker maker Le Coq Sportif (made famous by his father, tennis legend Yannick Noah) has now signed with adidas as a partner and company pitchman.

The new union actually makes him a part of an elite adidas Basketball team that features NBA award-winning players such as 2011 Defensive Player of the Year, Dwight Howard; 2013 Rookie of the Year, Damian Lillard; and the best power forward in the history of the league, 4-time league champion, Tim Duncan.

Even more meaningful, Noah is positioned right next to Derrick Rose, the 2011 Most Valuable Player and several other Bulls teammates signed with the brand with the three stripes.
