The UCLA Bruins kicked off their 2013 football campaign in impressive fashion with a big win over Nevada in last week’s season opener. But perhaps even more impressive is the “L.A. Midnight” uniforms adidas has rolled out for the No. 18 ranked team in the nation.

For UCLA’s November 15th showdown against Pac-12 rival Washington, the Bruins will hit the field in the “L.A. Midnight” Techfit uniforms. One of the best football uniform designs we’ve seen from the Three Stripes in recent years, the alternate uniforms feature all-black everything, including pants, jerseys, and helmets. Also included in the kit are custom adiZero 5-Star 2.0 gloves complete with a palm tree print indicative of Southern California, as well as custom Crazyquick cleats in a similar color scheme.

The uniforms feature a Techfit construction for a customized fit that won’t restrict performance. They’re integrated with ClimaCool technology for temperature regulation during the heat of the battle.
