If you caught our list of the 20 upcoming running shoes we want now, then you know how amped we are for the next installment of the Saucony Virrata 2. Today, we take a closer look at the new and improved neutral running shoe that’s made a lot of noise in the running world in just a short period of time.
Given the immediate success of the current version, Saucony hasn’t changed much internally on the Virrata 2. The shoe does come with a redesigned upper with tweaked overlays for improved support. To make sure runners get the same smooth ride they’ve grown accustomed to with the Virrata, the Virrata 2 features a similar EVA midsole and low-to-the-ground profile as its predecessor.
The shoe is expected to be available starting February 2014.
