In case you missed our breakdown of the 10 Performance Sneakers We’re Looking Forward to This July, there’s an all-new Paul Rodriguez signature skate shoe on the horizon—and in fact, it’s available now.

There’s no doubt P-Rod is one of the best skaters around today, so it’s only fitting that the Swoosh roll out a shoe that’s equally as impressive for the four-time X Games gold medal winner in the Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 7 Low. Designed to perform as good as it looks, the Paul Rodriguez 7 is equipped with the latest performance sneaker technology that Nike has to offer, including Lunarlon cushioning in a Phylon midsole for lightweight comfort and impact resistance. The shoe features a stylish suede and leather safari print upper that breathes well, yet offers ample protection. It features less rubber than usually in the outsole to reduce the overall weight, with a razor herringbone tread pattern for traction and unmatched board feel. The P-Rod 7 could very well be the best signature skate shoe of the year. But perhaps Eric Koston may beg to differ.
