If you’ve been keeping up with United States men’s national team’s historic run in the ongoing 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup, then you may have noticed the unique Nike soccer ball that’s been finding its way into the back of the net more often than not for the Jurgen Klinsmann-led squad. Well that ball is called the Nike Intyce, and it happens to be one of the most advanced soccer balls ever produced.

Unveiled by the Swoosh earlier this summer, the Intyce ball features a state-of-the-art design, which includes RaDaR (Rapid Decision and Response) technology for improved visibility, along with a five-layer construction for optimized touch and control. The ball’s high-elasticity outer layer allows for a cleaner strike, and a micro-textured pattern adds a more accurate ball trajectory. The outer TPU casing gives the some durability, and helps retain its structural integrity over the course of the season.

The Nike Intyce is available in a variety of sizes depending on age. Of course , at this point in your career, you should probabaly be playing with a 5.
