The short answer to that question is no, no it's not. However the adidas Primeknit trainer has been available oversees since December, so if you really want to get your hands on a pair, we suggest you take a vacation this Spring (and let us know how that quest goes). It's a shame, too, that we runners in the states don't get to test it out. From what we've heard, it's quite the shoe. The Primeknit's digitally woven upper is housed on a slim, minimalist-friendly sole designed to be both comfortable, and to provide a natural running platform for runners.
