Just weeks after introducing the top-of-the-line VR_S Covert Driver to the golf world, Nike Golf is keeping the momentum going with the recent announcement of new irons for the VR_S series.
Featuring the same High Speed Cavity Back technology as the Covert driver, the Nike VR_S Covert irons combine a sleek look with high performance technologies designed to maximize distance, control, and forgiveness for golfers of all skill levels.
“Distance, control, and consistency are the keys to successful golf shots,” said Nike Golf Director of Club Creation, Tom Stites. “We combined a High Speed Cavity Back, NexCOR technology, and a dual bevel sole to maximize distance for every club in the bag. Golfers will notice positive improvements not only on crisp shots, but on off-center shots as well.”
The latest clubs from Nike Golf will be available starting February 8th, 2013, with a price tag of $700 for the steel option ($800 for graphite).
