Nike is protecting their own.
When adidas released the Primeknit back in July, there were a lot of raised eyebrows about a product so closely resembling the much-talked-about woven Nike sneaker. The statement released this morning states that adidas has been ordered to stop production of the shoe, halting the potential onslaught of "knit wars" as Nike works to protect their innovative technology.
