Along the way we get to see the politics of the game, the family struggles, and the kicks that defined an era. If you haven’t seen ‘Hoop Dreams,’ make sure to grab it on Netflix or Amazon — this is one of the greatest sports documentaries made, so good that Spike paid homage to Arthur Agee and William Gates in the opening credits of 'He Got Game'.
