The "Ray Allen" Jordan XIII commemorating Allen's three point record was set to release only at House of Hoops in Boston and at SoleFly in Miami. If you don't have connects in either of those cities you were out of luck, until now. Last night Finishline blew us away with some serious news — they plan to release the XIII in very limited numbers on their online store.
