Kurt Cobain (among many others) wore One Stars, but he never wore One Stars like these. Part of Converse's exclusive "First String" collection (think Nike Tier Zero), the One Star Classic 1974 Ox features rich, Corinthian premium leathers, leather rands and toe bumpers, and hits of patent and perforated leathers. Basically, lots of leather. The linings are poplin cotton, the effect is luxurious. Available in buttery gold (Marigold) or rich brown (Seal Brown). These wouldn't look out of place on the shelves at Louis Vuitton, but you can find them at First String retailers like MAJOR.
