Fashion kids loved the Milano Hi when Creative Rec debuted it last season, now for Spring 09, the brand will drop the low-top version off their "Prime" collection. The first make-up that will release is this all-patent black colorway that may just bring the whole suits-with-sneakers thing back. Release info is sketchy, but we'll hit you back once these start popping up in stores in the next month or so.
