While the Kardashians are preparing for a new Hulu show, the break from filming has been nice.

Khloé Kardashian explained to James Corden that this is the longest the family has gone without capturing their lives on camera daily. “Since 2007, we haven’t gone six weeks without filming,” she explained. “So, this six months without filming is the longest I’ve ever had.”

She continued: “It was weird at first, but actually nice for a minute because we got to remember, ‘Ok, I’m not mic’d all the time. I don’t have to be in full hair and makeup all day long.’ It was nice, but now that we’re back [making a new show], I miss it.”

There was one thing she especially loved about Keeping Up with the Kardashians. “Even though we live next to each other and we’re all weirdly obsessed with one another, there’s nothing like being paid to be with one another,” she admitted, laughing. “Shout-out to Kris Jenner.”

It seems that her mother Kris Jenner has been enthusiastic to start filming again. “Oh, my gosh. She was pushing to start filming ASAP. She missed it like crazy,” Khloé said.

Jenner was present at the taping of Khloé’s interview, and when Corden asked if she missed filming KUWTK, Kris answered, “I said, ‘We have to start filming. It’s an emergency.’ And they said, ‘What’s the emergency?’ And I said, ‘I don’t know, but I’ll think of something.’”

Elsewhere, Khloé and Corden played the Candy Crush All-Stars Tournament, where she got to smash candy versions of Corden.
