Just days after losing her $100 million defamation lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenner family, Blac Chyna is now under criminal investigation for battery.

TMZ reports a woman has accused Chyna of kicking her in the stomach and damaging her phone during a physical altercation Friday morning at a bar in Los Angeles.

The victim, Sequoya King, claims Chyna lost her cool because she believed King was taking a video of her without her permission. A verbal dispute ensued, at which point Chyna snatched King’s phone and smashed it on the ground. Chyna then allegedly kicked King in the stomach, causing her to lose her balance.

King has since filed a battery report with the LAPD.

The news arrives just days after a jury ruled Blac Chyna will not be awarded any monetary damages in her defamation trial against Rob Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Kylie Jenner.

Chyna filed a lawsuit against the Kardashians and Jenners in 2017, accusing them of getting her E! reality show with Rob cancelled after one season as a form of “revenge.” She was seeking $100 million in damages.

All four women testified during the nine-day trial, with Kris claiming both her daughter Kylie and Tyga had been threatened by Chyna, with the rapper allegedly being physically abused by the mother of his son King Cairo on more than one occasion.
