We're pretty sure that literally no one reads End User License Agreements when running software for the first time. We just check the little box and move along-- our mp3s aren't going to play themselves. But it's probably a good idea to have some notion of what iTunes or Photoshop or any other commonly used program is actually getting users to agree to. CNET agrees and thought it would be a good idea to get Academy Award winner Richard Dreyfus to do a dramatic reading of the iTunes EULA and record it for posterity. They were right.
Listen to the hilarious "monologue" here.
