Officials in Louisiana say a woman copped to planning the shooting of her ex-boyfriend by reaching out to a man he had Internet beef with.

According to the New Orleans Times-Picayune, 20-year-old Earlneishka Johnson of New Orleans confessed to setting up the shooting last January. Time Times-Picayune adds that Johnson was given a three-year prison sentence in exchange for her testimony against Dorrell T. Moten, also 20, of Monroe, La.

Johnson picked the victim up at his home off Read Boulevard and drove him to the residential street off Michoud Boulevard. There, Johnson got out of the car, returned and told the victim that her uncle wanted to know who was with her, the victim later told police.

He said he got out of the car and lit a cigarette when two people approached him. One of them asked him for a cigarette when he said Moten asked, You remember me? What's up with all that?

The victim replied, All what? Moten responded, With all that Instagram bucking.

He said Moten then pulled out a gun and started shooting him before running off with his cellular phone.

It remains unclear, what, exactly, was said on Instagram. Johnson's former boyfriend sustained gunshot wounds to the leg, wrist, and chest. After being rushed to the hospital, he identified both Moten and Johnson.

Moten has charged with attempted first-degree murder, and Johnson was given credit for over a year of time served pre-trial as part of her plea bargain.
