Two men were busted outside of a In-N-Out in Glendale, CA after police discovered a BMW with 24 pounds of weed in the parking lot. Police spotted 27-year-old Stephen Thompson smoking within 10 feet of the entrance, which violates smoking rules in the city. As the officer approached, 30-year-old Trevor Alcorn and another man moved away from Thompson.
Thompson apologized for smoking and told the officer that he was in possession of medical marijuana. He denied knowing Alcorn or the other man, but they claimed to know him. Alcorn also said he was in possession of marijuana, and allowed the cop to search his vehicle. Inside of a plastic bin in the trunk of a BMW, police found 24 one-pound bags of marijuana.
Among the assortment of weed were bags labeled "Berry White," "Blue Cheese," "Bubba" and of course, "OG Kush." Authorities estimate the street value of the marijuana is between $150,000 and $200,000. Thompson and Alcorn were arrested, and it was determined that the third man was not involved.
