A Florida man who accidentally shot himself after a robbery stole a vehicle to escape, but eventually had to seek assistance from police.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, 24-year-old Lashawn Williams stole a cell phone from someone in Orlando, Fla. just before 3 a.m. this morning. As he fled the scene of the crime, he reportedly shot himself. Desperate, he darted across the street and stole a Mercedes that happened to have its door open from the parking lot of Cleo's Gentlemen's Club.
However, the pain from his wound was too much for him to tolerate, and he was forced to pull over and get help from a deputy with the Orange County Sheriff's Office. He got help, and was later identified as the aggressor in the robbery.
