A 16-year-old Georgia boy is expected to be in court for the first time today after being accused of killing his father with a samurai-style sword. According to Pickens County sheriff's Lt. Kris Stancil, a relative called 911 on Friday to report the incident. The stabbing occurred at a home in Jasper, which is about 60 miles northwest of Atlanta. Deputies reportedly found Christopher Allen, 36, inside of the home. He was transported to WellStar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, and died during surgery.

Police believe that Allen stabbed his father with the weapon following the argument.
