If You Want a Top Job at Facebook, It Helps If You're a White Man

Facebook released an employee diversity report for the first time in their history, and men seem to be dominating the landscape. Whitemen, in particular. 

"At Facebook, diversity is essential to achieving our mission," Facebook's Maxine Williams said in the report. "We build products to connect the world, and this means we need a team that understands and reflects many different communities, backgrounds and cultures."

Check out some of the numbers below:

"As these numbers show, we have more work to do – a lot more," Williams said. "But the good news is that we’ve begun to make progress."
