10 Cameos We'd Like To See on Season 4 of "The Boondocks"

This is Complex. We want Kanye West to do everything, ever. Though he’s not the best of actors (a dying fish displays way more life) he’s pretty decent as a voiceover artist. He’s pretty passionate too. We’re more than willing to give Yeezy a little guest spot.

Hannibal Buress is quietly becoming one of the premiere comedians in the United States. He’s also way more seasoned than you may think. Long before he was performing strange rap songs and doing bits on The Tonight Show, he was a writer on Saturday Night Live and 30 Rock. Each gig only lasted for one season, but Buress is definitely no stranger to TV, and he’s been hilarious on a few including China, IL and Broad City.

We’re not really sure if this guy is really keen to laugh anymore, but during his comedian years he was a pretty funny guy. If he can manage to be a little goofy for a few hours in a studio, one of the geniuses behind Mystery Team could be a wonderful guest star on The Boondocks.

Lamorne Morris has been showing that his comedic chops are sharper than a Ginsu on New Girl recently. The writers have run with the possibility that his character Winston is a super bizarre person and he’s aced that role. The bizarre person is often where a ton of magic comes with characters on The Boondocks. Morris could do that with ease.

Key and Peele is a staggeringly great brand of absurdist sketch comedy. It’d be nice to have both Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele, but we’d seriously take whatever the hell it is we can get.

The former Daily Show correspondent has been a little quiet on the national comedy front lately. Cenac is obscenely talented (with range too, re: Medicine for Melancholy) and considering the scarcity of his presence on our TV and film screens this matter needs to be rectified immediately. A guest spot on The Boondocks would be welcomed with open arms, and could maybe get the ball rolling on some other projects too.

At the moment, SNL’s newest cast-member, Sasheer Zamata, easily has some of the best jokes on the late-night sketch comedy show. That’s because she gets every single role for a black woman, but she’s funny as shit. If she could milk this indie role, she’d get some hardcore nerd followers in her corner.

Ilana Glazer has shown some massive appeal as a comedienne on her co-created show, Broad City. Her partner in crime, Abbi Jacobson, is more so on the laid-back side. A bat-shit crazy and fun character is what we need every single episode.

Jay Pharoah can convincingly sound like pretty much any person in the world. Among his best are impressions of Will Smith and Denzel Washington on Saturday Night Live. It would be beyond awesome to get Pharoah as Will Smith the scientologist in a spooky cult overtoned episode.

Chris Rock is one of the greatest comedians of all time. What more needs to be said?
