Caitlyn Jenner may have turned heads when she endorsed Ted Cruz and decided that she wanted to become the Republican candidate's "trans ambassador," but it looks like the reality star is a fan of another—and perhaps less controversial—person. In a recent Instagram post, Jenner revealed she's a huge fan of Tina Fey. And, it looks like Fey also shares the love.
Speaking to Howard Stern this past Tuesday, probably to promote her latest film Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, Fey revealed how upset she was that she didn't get the chance to meet Jenner at Vanity Fair's post- Oscars party. “I was trying so hard to have a moment with her. I was trying to make eye contact...and she was not having me," Fey said. "Not on purpose, but she had just come in, and you could tell she was like, 'I am the biggest deal in here. And who wants to know it.' She looked fantastic."
Although it may have not seen so to Fey, Jenner clearly was feeling the same way and posted a photo that featured a shot of Fey on television, in what looks to be an interview with Live! With Kelly and Michael. She captioned her photo, "I can't believe I missed my favorite funny girl."
I guess we'll see what happens?
