Samsung Seeks to Add iPhone 5 to Latest Patent Case Against Apple
Here we go again.

Samsung doesn't plan to go quietly into the good night. The Verge reported late last night that the Korean electronics maker asked Judge Paul Grewal for permission to include the iPhone 5 in its countersuit against Apple.
Apple and Samsung recently wrapped up a patent infringement case in which Apple came out the victor and awarded $1.049 billion from Samsung. But it doesn't stop there. Apple then opened another case where it accused Samsung's Galaxy S III and Galaxy Nexus of infringing on another set of its patents.
So, of course, Samsung turned around and filed its own set of patent infringment charges focusing on the iPhone 5, the iPad, and the iPod Touch. We'll find out if Judge Grewal allows it on November 6 when the two companies have a hearing.
These patent wars are never going to end.
